The flag of the Albionish Imperial Army was adopted on 16 February 299AP and is used by the AIA in place of the national flag. The two swords in the white quarters of the flag are patterned after the sword used in Zartanian flags and coats of arms, and is symbolic of Zartania's help in protecting the Albionish people and establishing their new homeland.

Formerly known as the Imperial Albionish Coast Guard, the maritime military service of Albion-Merité changed its name in 308AP as it began to take on more of a regional and global mission. Now known as the Imperial Albionish Navy, its ensign has not changed since its adoption on 20 February 299AP, consisting of vertical stripes of dark green, dark red, and dark green, separated by two narrower white vertical stripes. The crowned arms from the national flag appear centered on the naval ensign as well. While there have been sightings of other naval flags, such as a jack and commission pennant, none have yet been documented.
